Returns

For all orders through our webshop we grant a return right of 14 days after you received the shipment, if the item is in unused condition and with all original packing and labeling / hangtags.

Please register the return with us using the contact form, email or telephone before shipping so that it can be correctly assigned and processed quickly upon receipt!

In general the costs of return shipping have to be paid through the customer. Depending on the origin of the return, we offer the following help with shipping costs.

Germany

For partial returns where the value of items kept by the customer exceed a total of 50 EUR, we will provide a return ticket free of charge upon request via E-Mail or contact form. The same is valid for a size exchange of a too small / big item.

The customer can request a return ticket even if the value of items kept is below 50 EUR, what will be charged with 5,00 EUR and taken of the returned amount.

Austria

For partial returns where the value of items kept by the customer exceed a total of 50 EUR, we will provide a return ticket free of charge upon request via E-Mail or contact form. The same is valid for a size exchange of a too small / big item.

The customer can request a return ticket even if the value of items kept is below 50 EUR, what will be charged with 9,00 EUR and taken of the returned amount.

Switzerland

Return costs have to be paid by the customer. Please make sure to declare as return shipment in the customs document.

United Kingdom

Return costs have to be paid by the customer. Please make sure to declare as return shipment in the customs document.

European Union (other countries than above)

The customer can request a return ticket, what will be charged with 12,00 EUR and taken of the returned amount.

Other countries

Please send the return on your cost or use the contact form to get a quote for return costs through us.

No costs of return shipping can be reimbursed if the customer uses any other parcel service than the return ticket we provide upon request!

The return shipping will be inspected and reimbursed within 14 days upon receipt. Please add a copy of the invoice to the parcel, so we can identify the order.

Reimbursements will be send the same way as the original payment was made. If the order was paid via COD, please send a bank account where to wire the reimbursment.
