Our shipping options differ for consumers and commercial resellers.

Shipping to consumers

Due to the new EU requirements concerning packaging fees, applicable from 12 August 2026, we currently ship to consumers only in Germany, Switzerland and Andorra.

This restriction applies exclusively to the country of delivery. The billing country may differ.

Germany

For orders up to 100.00 EUR, shipping costs a flat rate of 4.95 EUR. Orders over 100.00 EUR qualify for free shipping.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

Switzerland

Shipping costs a flat rate of 15.00 EUR per order.
Delivery usually takes 4–10 working days.

Additional import charges, customs duties and taxes may apply and may have to be paid directly upon receipt.

Andorra

Shipping costs a flat rate of 15.00 EUR per order.
Delivery usually takes 4–10 working days.

Shipping to commercial resellers

As usual, commercial resellers can order for delivery to all countries previously enabled for them. The available shipping methods, shipping costs, taxes and payment methods are calculated after login and once the delivery address has been selected during checkout.

New commercial reseller accounts must be requested by email at shop@goodquestion.de before placing the first order. Once the account has been reviewed and approved, the delivery countries and terms available to commercial resellers will be activated.

Background to this restriction

Although the European packaging requirements applicable since 12 August 2026 were intended to harmonise regulations throughout the EU, their practical implementation remains divided between numerous national registers, different reporting procedures, country-specific authorities and, in some cases, conflicting interpretations.

For a mail-order retailer, this means that even individual shipments to consumers may trigger extensive registration, reporting and potentially local representation obligations in the respective destination country. The exact requirements are currently not sufficiently clear or reliably established in every country.

This considerable legal and organisational uncertainty currently leaves us with no responsible alternative but to restrict consumer deliveries to the countries listed above. We will review our shipping options again as soon as legally reliable and economically viable solutions become available for additional countries.

Shipping methods

The shipping provider used depends on the size of the shipment:

Standard parcels

We ship parcels up to 120 cm in length with DHL GoGreen. Within Germany, delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is also available.

Bulky goods

Bulky goods, such as snowboards, are shipped with GLS.
