Shipping

Shipment fee and delivery time depend on the country of destination:

Germany

Up to 100,00 EUR order value we charge 4,95 EUR for shipping, orders above 100,00 EUR are shipped free of charge.
Transit time 2 - 3 workdays.

Austria

Up to 100,00 EUR order value we charge 7,95 EUR for shipping, orders above 100,00 EUR are shipped free of charge.
Transit time 3 - 5 workdays.

European Union (other countries than above)

Shipment fee is 12,00 EUR per order.
Depending on the country of destination the transit time varies from 3 to 7 workdays.

Non-EU

Shipment fee is 15,00 EUR per order. Be aware there might be import duties and taxes that have to be paid upon receiving!
Transit time 4 - 10 workdays.

Carrier

The shipping service used depends on shipment dimensions:

Standard freight

Parcels up to 120cm length are shipped with DPD or DHL GoGreen. Shipping to DHL Packstation or post office is possible within Germany. Just change the shipping address accordingly in the order process.

Bulky freight

Bulky goods like Snowboards are shipped via GLS.
