Yes, all of that awesome stuff exists together, inside this pant. 100% seam-taped, 15K stretch canvas keeps you warm, dry, and comfortable. Elastic waistband can be worn lower on hips, or higher on waist, for best fit. Tonal cuff can be kept straight, or rolled to perfect height.
