For optimal protection a helmet should have a solid fit but not be too tight. As every head is different, you can adjust most models using fit pads that come with the helmet. Nevertheless your head size is a good indicator for finding the right size. The following table are the size recommendations of the manufacturer.

"Low Rider" helmets are the watersport versions, "Street" for bike and skate use and "Snow" the ski and snowboard version with cozy ear pads and mesh against snow entry at the ventilation openings. "Park" is simply the "Snow" without ear pads for people who wear a beanie underneath or just do not need the pads.
