For optimal protection a helmet should have a solid fit but not be too tight. As every head is different, you can adjust most models using fit pads that come with the helmet. Nevertheless your head size is a good indicator for finding the right size. The following table are the size recommendations of the manufacturer.

"Low Rider" helmets are the watersport versions, "Street" for bike and skate use.
